I recently met up with plant-based personal chef, Roxane Johnson De Lear, to make portraits of her cooking in her Vermont home. Founder of Vege Joy, she is a passionate culinary nutrition expert who works with individuals and families to plan and cook healthy meals. She is amazing at creating tasty vegan and veggie-based dishes for all palates. Roxane a blast to be around, and her colorful personality shines through in her creative cooking. We spent an afternoon in her home kitchen as her 3-legged dog Lulu watched on and she whipped up some delicious dishes. I wasn’t upset that she made way too much food and sent me home with a doggie bag.
