Amanda + Jody were married on a sunny, unseasonably warm fall afternoon in late September. They had planned to have a small wedding in March, right around the time that covid hit. Like so many couples, they had to improvise and make new plans. Instead they decided to elope on Amanda’s birthday! And they chose the Basin Harbor Club as the venue – an absolutely stunning property right on Lake Champlain in Vergennes, Vermont. They said “I do” as close to 3:33pm as possible under the wedding arch, as they have a special connection to the number 3. Then we adventured around, shooting portraits on the harbor docks and in front of the beautiful ivy-covered stone buildings.
